All the money should be in by November 26th at the latest. Please let me know if you know a better way to collect money than using chipin.com as well. I am perfectly fine either way.

We also need to firm up a date that everyone is ok with.
I dont think we all have to attend on the same date to get the discount?
I'm afraid I won't be able to go. I think you still have the 10 folks needed obviously the coordinating is troublesome. So wish I could attend!
